Going out for a meal/takeaway?
Eating out and take away food can really blow your weight loss or weight maintenance plans off course.

Some top tips :
Be the designated driver as alcohol is high in calories and blunts your resolve to choose wisely
Avoid bread or nibbles before the meal as these may make you hungrier
Pick an option that you know is not loaded with calories, avoiding sauces and fried options
Drink water as you eat
